Lucy Guerin is one of the most original and influential choreographers in Australia, who develops her movement-based work by experimenting with voice, video, sound, and even industrial design. Her most recent piece Weather thrillingly explores our complex relationship with the environment. Integrating physical sensation and textural sound with a shifting sculptural design, this arresting work uses the dynamic patterns of weather systems to create an immersive experience that celebrates the physical body’s connection to the natural world.

White Bird's presentation of Lucy Guerin Inc is supported in part by WESTAF (Western States Arts Federation), Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and Willamette Week.
